A powerful suction chamber, as an additional grain cleaning method, removes dust, weeds, straw, light grains, etc. All impurities are collected in the sedimentation chamber and discharged by two augers.

Cleaning begins and ends with the suction column – the only one on the market that allows adjustment of the air volume and is connected to the sedimentation chamber!

This is a significant advantage when working with products of varying weights, from grains to peas to hay seeds.
At the beginning of the grain path, a strong magnet is installed to remove even the largest and smallest metal particles. This magnet prevents metal from clogging the sieves and extends their lifespan.

Instead of traditional back-and-forth or vibrating motion, the separator performs a rotational movement in a horizontal plane, making the sorting more efficient and ensuring even grain distribution on the sieve.
The machine has an upper and a lower sieve mounted in an overlapping way, meaning the lower sieve is positioned further forward than the upper one.

When grain passes through the upper sieve and reaches the lower one, it falls directly onto it. This allows the entire surface of the screening chamber to be used for sorting.

The sieves can be changed in less than a minute and can be ordered from us to fit absolutely any crop.
They are made from high-quality structural steel.
Thanks to its design and movement, the separator sieve effectively removes straw.

The machine and sieves are entirely metal, with a metal frame – there are no wooden parts. This prevents warping or swelling of the sieves when stored in cold environments like drying rooms.

There are no so-called “wear parts” such as springs, which makes the separator durable and maintenance-free.

This product is the best on the market for trade preparation, removing toxins like DON (mycotoxins) and mold in addition to conventional sorting. The rotating motion scrapes the grain surface and enables a large mass of grain to stay on the sieve without spilling through it.
